To my recollection, Mars was always smaller than Earth, but it wasn't so tiny as it now is. Actually it was similar in size to Venus (which was of similar size to how Mars is now). Do you remember Mars being THIS SMALL compared to the Earth, I certainly don't: The moons of Mars, Deimos and Phobos.... it used to be Eros and Phobos, I'm 100% sure of that. I don't even know when these changes took place. While it's not the only changes to have taken place in the solar system, I find it quite interesting. What do you remember?
